The AIADMK, under the leadership of Senthilprabhu, Joint Secretary of the Amma Peravai of Coimbatore City District, inaugurated the 7th annual Pongal celebration at the Sri Valliyamman Temple in Marudamalai on January 15th.
The event was marked by the participation of over a hundred women and children who gathered to prepare and offer Pongal, a traditional festive dish. The celebration was also attended by key members of the DMK Women's Wing, adding to the grandeur of the occasion.
