This over 300-year-old street drama, a significant part of local heritage, portrays the mythological tale of Lord Narasimha triumphing over the demon king Eraniyan.


Despite the cold night, residents of Sirumugai and neighboring areas remained awake to enjoy this spectacular performance, marking the celebration of the Pongal festival.
