MGR's 107th Birth Anniversary Celebrated by AIADMK OPS Team in Udumalai

The AIADMK OPS team in Udumalai, Tiruppur District, conducted a commemorative event for MGR's 107th birth anniversary, including a garlanded portrait ceremony and distributing sweets to the public.


Coimbatore: In a heartfelt tribute, the AIADMK OPS team in Udumalai, located in Tiruppur District, celebrated the 107th birth anniversary of the revered former Chief Minister M.G. Ramachandran (MGR). The event, held near the central bus station, was spearheaded by city secretary Sargunasaamy. A garlanded portrait of MGR was the centerpiece of the tribute, as members paid their respects.

The ceremony was marked by the distribution of sweets to the public, symbolizing the joyous occasion. The event witnessed active participation from various members of the AIADMK OPS team. Among those in attendance were district joint secretary Krishnammaal, district assembly chairman Venkatesh Pathi, district MGR forum secretary MGR Balakrishnan, Udumalai city treasurer Lion Nataraj, general committee member Raj Prakash, Udumalai constituency secretary Jayaseelan, Kudimangalam union secretary Nagarajan, Ayyil Nataraj, and city administrators Amanullah, Karuppasamy Bethavai Nataraj, Balu, along with numerous others.



This commemoration by the AIADMK OPS team not only honored the legacy of MGR but also served as a unifying event for the community, celebrating the enduring influence of MGR on Tamil Nadu’s political and cultural landscape.
