Coimbatore: In Kizhavan Kattur village near Udumalai, Tiruppur district, the Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) organized a special Yagasalai Pooja featuring the image of Lord Rama. This event was part of the celebrations for the grand Kumbhabhishekam of the newly consecrated Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
Prominent PMK leaders, including Tiruppur West District Secretary Ira Palanisamy, Farmers' Association District Leader Palanisamy, Udumalai East Union Secretary Shivabalu, Election Division Secretary Kalimuthu, and district administrators Manivasagam, Mahalingam, Vellingiri, Ramalingam, Kanagaraj, Saminathan, Kumar, as well as Anbumani's brigade secretary Chandrasekar Guru Kumar and Gopinath, participated in the pooja. The event highlighted the cultural significance of the Ram Temple and fostered communal harmony among the villagers.
