Jawahirullah campaigned in Ukkadam G.M. Nagar, Coimbatore for DMK candidate Ganapathi Rajkumar, urging votes to ensure social harmony and secularism in the Lok Sabha constituency.
Coimbatore: In a vibrant electoral campaign, Jawahirullah, leader of the Manithaneya Makkal Katchi, canvassed support for DMK candidate Ganapathi Rajkumar in Ukkadam G.M. Nagar, Coimbatore today.

Emphasizing the urgent need for successful governance under the DMK, Jawahirullah highlighted the adversities under the recent BJP led union, pointing out incidents against minorities and others that include the tragic Asifa case, the milk vendor incident, and the killing of Junaid Khan.

Citing Chief Minister M.K. Stalin’s pro-active opposition against such injustices, Jawahirullah contrasted this with the alleged silence from the AIADMK's Edappadi Palaniswami during these times. Critically remarking on Edappadi Palaniswami's claims of severing ties with the BJP yet displaying internal connections, he questioned the former Chief Minister's stand on Prime Minister Modi. Additionally, symbolizing the unity in the opposition, he highlighted Rahul Gandhi's gestures of brotherhood towards M.K. Stalin.
