Coimbatore: Voting for the Lok Sabha elections began at 7 AM today across 102 constituencies in 21 states. As a part of this phase, residents queued up early to fulfill their democratic duty. In Coimbatore, many voters were seen waiting in long lines to cast their ballots. Among them was Coimbatore's Deputy Mayor, R.Vetrichelvan, who voted at B.K.Pudur Primary School, representing Ward 92 of the Coimbatore Municipal Corporation. The polling station witnessed steady voter turnout as citizens eagerly participated in the electoral process.
