Early Property Tax Payment to Get 5 percent Discount in Valparai

Valparai municipality has announced a 5 percent discount for those who pay their property tax in full by April 30 for the fiscal year 2024-2025, to encourage timely payments.


Coimbatore: Valparai municipality is taking steps to promote the timely payment of property taxes. Every year, many residents tend to pay their property tax at the last moment. In an effort to encourage early payments, the municipality has announced that a 5% discount will be provided to those who pay their entire property tax by April 30 for the fiscal year 2024-2025. This initiative aims to reduce last-minute rush and improve the efficiency of tax collections. Residents who wish to avail of this discount should make their payments on or before the specified date.
