Fire Accident in Samayapuram Destroys Cattle Feed Worth Rs. 1 Lakh

A sudden fire accident in Samayapuram, Coimbatore, destroyed cattle feed worth Rs. 1 lakh stored in hay on May 4. Firefighters managed to extinguish the fire after an hour of effort.


Coimbatore: In a distressing event at Samayapuram, Coimbatore, a fire broke out in the hay used for cattle feed, resulting in considerable losses for a local farmer, Srinivasan. Srinivasan, who resides comfortably with two calves and four cows, had stored the cattle feed near his home for convenience.



The fire incident occurred suddenly on May 4, engulfing the stored feed. Upon receiving the information, the fire department personnel rushed to the site and battled the flames for an hour. Despite their efforts, cattle feed valued at approximately Rs. 1 lakh was completely destroyed in the blaze.
