Coimbatore: During a press encounter in Dharapuram, Kadeswara Subramaniam, the state leader of Hindu Munnani, shared concerning accusations regarding the deterioration of law and order in Tamil Nadu under DMK's three-year rule. He addressed the media stating that crimes such as murder, robbery, and encroachments have become rampant and blamed a lax attitude within the police force for this scenario. Furthermore, Subramaniam divulged that narcotics in various forms, including ice-creams and chocolates, are being sold in colleges across Tamil Nadu, making drug habits common among college students.

He further claimed that intelligence and local police are in cahoots with sellers of marijuana and other narcotics, exacerbating the issue. Raising serious allegations, Subramaniam stated that terrorist training camps are being conducted in the Sathyamangalam forest area. His accusations did not stop there; he also highlighted the apparent normalcy in narcotics sales which he linked to a picture taken with Makkaludan Mudhalvar and drug lord Jafar Sadiq. Subramaniam warned of protests by Hindu Munnani if the police do not act promptly on these serious allegations. He demanded immediate investigations and actions to uphold justice and order.
