Coimbatore District Achieves 94.01 percentage Pass Rate in Class 10 Examinations

The Class 10 public exam results released today in Tamil Nadu show Coimbatore District with a pass rate of 94.01 percentage. Male students achieved a 91.46 percentage pass rate, while female students outperformed at 96.50 percentage.


Coimbatore: The recent release of Class 10 examination results has highlighted impressive academic achievements in Coimbatore District, where the pass rate soared to 94.01%. Today, regional educational authorities announced that out of the total candidates who appeared for the exam, male students recorded a pass rate of 91.46%, while female students excelled with a pass rate of 96.50%.


Across Tamil Nadu, approximately 8,94,264 students undertook the examination this year. Out of these, 8,18,743 students have cleared their exams. Females continued to outshine their male counterparts, securing a pass rate of 94.53% compared to 88.58% among males. This reflects a slight increase from last year’s overall pass percentage of 91.39%, marking a 0.016% improvement overall.






This year’s results underscore a continuing trend where female students consistently outperform male students, an aspect that educational analysts find noteworthy. Students can access their results on official websites like dge.tn.gov.in and results.digilocker.gov.in or can also inquire directly from their respective schools. Additionally, results have been sent to students' mobile phones via text message, ensuring that all candidates receive their outcomes promptly. The total number of students appearing for the exam was significantly high, emphasizing the wide reach and comprehensive coverage of the educational evaluation system.


These results not only highlight the academic capabilities of students in Coimbatore but also set a benchmark for future educational strategies and policies in the region.
