All Inmates Pass Class 10 Exams at Coimbatore Central Prison

All 54 inmates, including 50 men and 4 women, at Coimbatore Central Prison have successfully passed the Class 10 examinations, achieving a 100 percent pass rate.


Coimbatore: In a remarkable academic achievement, all 54 inmates from Coimbatore Central Prison, consisting of 50 men and 4 women, have cleared their Class 10 examinations with flying colors, marking a 100% success rate. The results released today highlighted the efforts and dedication of the incarcerated students. Among the achievers, an inmate named Manikandan scored top marks with 379 points, followed by Gautham who secured 359 points, and George Ashokkumar who scored 358 points.



These academic accomplishments were celebrated within the prison premises, where DIG Shanmugasundaram and Superintendent Senthilkumar congratulated the successful candidates by distributing sweets. It’s noteworthy that this follows another successful academic outcome, where inmates had also achieved a 100% pass rate in the Plus 2 examinations released last Monday.
