KMCH Conducts 'Kovilpalayam Medi Update' Conference for Rural Doctors in Annur

KMCH inaugurated "Kovilpalayam Medi Update" at Annur on May 12, 2024, targeting rural and semi-urban doctors. The conference featured interactive sessions and latest medical advancements.


Coimbatore: Kovai Medical Center and Hospital (KMCH), a leader in medical education and research, held its first "Kovilpalayam Medi Update" at Annur on May 12, 2024. The event, specifically designed for doctors from rural and semi-urban areas, took place between 10 AM and 1 PM, focusing on the major advancements in clinical practice.

The conference offered an interactive platform for around 150 healthcare professionals to discuss new developments in medicine. Dr. Nalla G. Palaniswami, Chairman and Managing Director of KMCH, emphasized the program's aim to empower doctors in less urbanized areas with state-of-the-art medical knowledge.

Dr. Arun Palaniswami, Executive Director at KMCH, highlighted the importance of continuous medical education in ensuring optimal patient care. He described the CME program as a crucial platform for medical professionals to update their knowledge and network.

Dr. Vimalkumar, Medical Director, Consultant Orthopaedics, Joint Replacement & Arthroscopy, welcomed the participants and set the tone for a day of insightful learning and professional networking.
