Scheduled Power Outage in Kavundampalayam Substation Area Tomorrow

Power supply will be suspended in parts of Kavundampalayam substation area from 9 AM to 5 PM on June 11, 2024, due to monthly maintenance works.


Coimbatore: Residents of several areas under the Kavundampalayam substation will experience a scheduled power outage tomorrow, June 11, 2024, from 9 AM to 5 PM. This interruption is due to the monthly maintenance works scheduled at the Kavundampalayam substation.

Affected areas include:

Nallampalayam: Housing Unit, A.R. Nagar, Thamarai Nagar, Driver's Colony, Samundeeswari Nagar, Suguna Nagar, Union Road, Bharathi Nagar, T.V.S. Nagar, Gem Nagar, and parts of Maniyakarampalayam.

Saibaba Colony: Indira Nagar, Cauvery Nagar, Jeeva Nagar, Kamaraj Street, 6th Street in K.K. Pudur, Ganapathy Lay-out, K.G. Lay-out, Ammasaigkonar Street, N.R.G. Street.

Idayarpalayam: P.D. Colony, E.B. Colony, Poombukar Nagar, T.V.S. Nagar, Arun Nagar, Annai Amirthanandha Nagar, Ramalakshmi Nagar, Valli Nagar, Siva Nagar.

Cheran Nagar: Cheran Nagar, I.T.I. Nagar, Thendral Nagar, Saravana Nagar, Balan Nagar, Lakshmi Nagar, Railway Mens Colony, Ranga Majestic, Ramakrishna Nagar, and the Kavundampalayam Water Purification Plant.

Lenin Nagar: Subbathal Lay-out, Shastri Street, Maruthakutty Lay-out, Sambath Street, Periyar Street, V.O.C. Street, C.G. Lay-out, Nedunchezhiyan Street, and Deivanayagi Nagar.

Sanganoor: Pudhuthottam, Kannappan Nagar, Periyar Nagar, and Karupparayan Kovil Street.

Residents are advised to plan their activities accordingly as power will be unavailable during these hours.
