Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu Muslim Munnetra Kazhagam (TMMK) was recognized for its commendable community service during the 9th general assembly of the MTA Machinery Traders Association, held at the Grand Hotel on June 13. Presided over by Association's President Fayaz Khan, the meeting highlighted the annual community service awards. This year, the accolade was extended to TMMK of the central Coimbatore district in recognition of their sustained service to the community.
Their activities, particularly in health services, blood donation camps, ambulance services, and medical assistance during the COVID period, were notably appreciated in this ceremony. TMMK district leader Coimbatore Sarbudeen, along with district secretary Mujeeb Rahman and other key members, received the honors.
Special guests included KG Ramamurthy along with MDA Leaders Fayaz Khan, Deputy Chairman Gem Babu, and Nijamudeen, among over 200 members present, celebrating the dedication and service of TMMK's contributions to society.
