Coimbatore: District Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati launched the "Ungalai Thedi Ungal Ooril" project in Madukkarai today, June 19, to bring government services directly to the people's doorsteps. The project commenced with Pati performing field inspections across various locations in Madukkarai.

During his visit, Pati received petitions from the locals, which he promptly handed over to related officials, instructing them to swiftly investigate and respond.

Moreover, he personally visited homes of students who had stopped attending school or had not pursued higher education after completing their 12th grade, providing guidance and counsel.

Continuing his tour, the District Collector evaluated the construction works at the Madukkarai Municipality office, which are being carried out under the Kalaignar Urban Development Scheme. He also visited the Madukkarai Government Hospital to inspect the facilities and services.

In addition, Pati inspected the local government school in Madukkarai, assessing student attendance and inquiring about dropouts. Furthermore, in a generous move, he provided an assistive hearing device worth Rs 6000 to a differently-abled student and distributed new family cards to 20 beneficiaries.
