Coimbatore: In a significant event marking the centennial celebrations of Kalaignar, the Thalapathi Raththa Thaan Iyakkam organized a blood donation camp today (June 22) at the Sai Vivaha Mahal on Varadharajapuram Main Road. The camp saw the leadership of Na. Karthik, the DMK Secretary of Coimbatore district. Former Minister Pongalur Palanisamy, Deputy Secretary Kottai Abbas, and Public Health Committee Leader Marich Selvan, along with party administrators and supporters, also took part in this noble cause. Over a hundred individuals stepped forward to donate blood during this event, demonstrating a strong community spirit and commitment to aiding healthcare facilities.
