Grand Book Launch of ‘Odai Nathiyanathu’ by Pulavar S. Nanchappan Held at Coimbatore

The book 'Odai Nathiyanathu' by Pulavar S. Nanchappan was launched at Krishna Wedding Hall near Thudiyalur, Coimbatore. The event featured multiple distinguished speakers and was chaired by Ramananda Kumarapura Swamiji.



Coimbatore: A significant cultural event unfolded near Thudiyalur at Krishna Wedding Hall, marking the book launch of ‘Odai Nathiyanathu’ authored by Pulavar S. Nanchappan, organized by Kovai Tamil Foundation. The ceremony began with Poet Arumugam Tamilthai rendering the Tamil Thai Vazhthu, setting an auspicious tone. Welcoming speeches were delivered by prominent scholars Dr. Sivakumar and Parasuraman.



The book details the intellectual and cultural ethos of the Coimbatore region through lyrical prose. Ramananda Kumarapura Swamiji, head of the Madalayam Sriavaiyadinam, released the publication, with former minister Pongalur N. Palaniswami, entrepreneur Arumugasamy, and other leaders in the Tamil academic and legal communities in attendance.



This well-attended event also witnessed speeches by Dr. Vethanayakam Venkatesan and Professor Aruna Ponnusami from the Tamil Amudhu Foundation. Secretary of Kovai Tamil Foundation, Pulavar T. Dhillan, along with journal editor Ramalingam, offered profound insights into the significance of nurturing literary culture. The event concluded with Pulavar Konai's vote of thanks, drawing a perfect close to the enlightening session.
