Free Coaching Classes for Group 2 Exams at Coimbatore District Employment and Career Guidance Centre

Coimbatore District Collector announces free coaching classes for TNPSC Group 2 and 2A exams at the District Employment and Career Guidance Centre. Classes start for 2,327 vacancies with exams scheduled for September 14, 2024.


Coimbatore: District Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati has announced the commencement of free coaching classes for the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) Group 2 and 2A examinations at the District Employment and Career Guidance Centre in Coimbatore.

The TNPSC has notified a total of 2,327 vacancies, including 507 positions for Group 2 posts such as Assistant Commercial Tax Officer and Junior Employment Officer, and 1,820 positions for Group 2A posts including Assistant Audit Inspector. The preliminary examination for these posts is scheduled for September 14, 2024.

The free coaching classes, which have already begun, are open to all graduates from recognized universities. The training is conducted by experienced instructors in both English and Tamil mediums. The centre is equipped with smart boards, free Wi-Fi facilities, and a library containing books for various competitive exams.

The coaching program includes weekly tests and full mock exams. Candidates can also download free study materials from https://tamilnaducareerservices.tn.gov.in.

Interested candidates, including those with disabilities, are requested to visit the District Employment and Career Guidance Centre in person with two passport-size photographs. The centre is located near Goundampalayam on Mettupalayam Road.
