Fire accident in Puliakulam, three houses gutted.


A fire accident has been reported at the Bazaar Street, Puliakulam. Three residential houses were completely destroyed in the fire accident. Fortunately, no one was injured in this accident.

This afternoon, a house in Bazar street caught fire. In no time, the fire spread to the nearby houses too. The fire service was alerted, who after a tough struggle doused the fire. The residents of that area have stated that short circuit of electricity could have instigated the fire. 

It is reported that the property at all three houses was completely gutted in the fire accident. Lakshmi, Anthony ammal and Sagayam owners of the house have urged that the government should help them with due compensation. 

The Puliakulam Police have registered a case and are investigating the reason for the sudden fire.
