Coimbatore: A Microsoft system outage has led to the cancellation of multiple flights departing from Coimbatore International Airport, causing significant disruptions to air travel in the region. The technical glitch has affected flight operations to several major cities across India.



Four flights bound for Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad have been cancelled due to the system failure. Additionally, flights scheduled to depart for Delhi and Pune have been announced as delayed, further complicating travel plans for numerous passengers.



Passengers at the airport have expressed frustration over the lack of information regarding the flight delays. Many have complained that they have not received any official communication or updates about the status of their flights or the reasons behind the disruptions.
