New Tahsildar Takes Charge in Mettupalayam

Vasudeven, previously serving in Valparai, assumed office as the new Tahsildar of Mettupalayam on July 24, replacing Chandran who was transferred to Coimbatore North Civil Supplies.


Coimbatore: In a recent administrative change, Vasudeven took charge as the new Tahsildar of Mettupalayam on Monday, July 24. He succeeds Chandran, who has been transferred to serve as the Tahsildar for Coimbatore North Civil Supplies.

Prior to this appointment, Vasudeven was serving as the Tahsildar in Valparai. The transition of power took place in a formal ceremony at the Mettupalayam Taluk office.

The new Tahsildar was warmly welcomed by his colleagues and subordinates. Chief Deputy Tahsildar Selvaraj, Deputy Tahsildar Suresh Kumar, Revenue Inspectors, Village Administrative Officers (VAOs), and other staff members extended their greetings and best wishes to Vasudeven as he assumed his new role.
