Tamil Nadu Government Supports Talented Archer Thangai Kanmani from Coimbatore

The Tamil Nadu government provided international-standard archery equipment worth Rs. 2.08 lakh to Thangai Kanmani, a talented archer from Coimbatore, to support her participation in international competitions.

Thangai Kanmani, a skilled archer from Coimbatore, received international-standard archery equipment worth Rs. 2.08 lakh from the Tamil Nadu Champions Foundation. This support aims to enhance her training capabilities and prepare her for participation in international competitions.

Sports Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin personally handed over the equipment to Thangai Kanmani. He expressed his delight and extended his best wishes to the young archer, hoping that she would bring glory to the state by winning medals in archery competitions.

The Minister emphasized the government's commitment to nurturing talent and passion in sports. He stated that the Tamil Nadu government would continue to support deserving athletes like Thangai Kanmani, enabling them to showcase their skills on international platforms.
