TNAU Coimbatore Announces Second Phase Certificate Verification for Diploma Courses

Tamil Nadu Agricultural University in Coimbatore has scheduled the second phase of certificate verification for diploma courses on August 9, 2024. Applicants who received allotments in the online counseling have been notified via email and SMS.


Coimbatore: Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) in Coimbatore has announced the second phase of certificate verification for diploma courses. The university has sent emails and SMS notifications to applicants who received allotments in the online counseling process, informing them to attend the certificate verification on August 9, 2024.

The university has outlined the following procedures for the certificate verification process:

Applicants are required to pay a counseling fee at Anna Arangam, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, before the certificate verification. The fee is Rs. 200 for General Category (OC), Backward Classes (BC), Backward Classes Muslims (BCM), Most Backward Classes (MBC), and Denotified Communities. For Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Castes Arunthathiyar (SCA), and Scheduled Tribes (ST) students, the fee is Rs. 100.

Candidates must submit their original Higher Secondary (+2) mark sheet, 10th standard mark sheet, Transfer Certificate, and community certificate to the Dean (Agriculture) in Coimbatore on the day of certificate verification.

After the verification, applicants must pay an admission fee of Rs. 5,000 either in person at the university campus on August 9, 2024, or online by August 11, 2024. To pay the fee online, candidates should log in to http://tnaqfi.ucanapply.com using their User ID and Password.

The university has warned that failure to submit certificates or pay the admission fee within the specified dates will result in cancellation of admission. Vacancies arising from such cancellations will be filled through subsequent allotments.

No second chance will be given to those who miss their allotment by not following the above rules.
