Tamil Nadu's Best Corporations: Coimbatore Ranks First, Thoothukudi Second

Coimbatore: The awards for the best corporations in Tamil Nadu have been announced. Coimbatore Corporation has secured the first place, while Thoothukudi Corporation has been awarded the second position.

Jegan Periyasamy, the Mayor of Thoothukudi, shared this information during a public grievance redressal camp held in Thoothukudi today (14.08.2023). He stated, "Chief Minister Makkaludan Mudhalvar will present the awards for the best corporations during tomorrow's Independence Day celebrations."

By receiving this award, Coimbatore and Thoothukudi Corporations have gained recognition for improving their services. The award considers various aspects including the corporations' performance, cleanliness, and implementation of public welfare schemes.
