Coimbatore District Homeopathy Doctors Association staged a protest near South Taluk Office, demanding justice for the murdered female trainee doctor in Kolkata and stringent action against the perpetrator.
Coimbatore: The brutal murder of a female trainee doctor in Kolkata, who was subjected to sexual harassment, has sent shockwaves across the nation. In response, doctors, public, and various organizations throughout the country have been continuously staging protests, demanding justice for the deceased doctor and urging severe action against the culprit.
As part of this nationwide outcry, the Coimbatore District Homeopathy Doctors Association organized a protest demonstration near the South Taluk Office in Coimbatore. More than 20 homeopathy doctors participated in the protest, wearing black attire and holding placards expressing their condemnation.
The protesters emphasized the need for stringent punishment for the perpetrator. They also called for enhanced security measures for doctors across the country, particularly for women in the medical profession.
