Following the recognition, TVK administrators from Tirupur district gathered near the Anna statue at the old municipality office in Dharapuram.

District and city union administrators joined in the festivities, bursting firecrackers and distributing sweets to mark the occasion.

The celebration was led by Yuvaraj Mahesh, the Eastern District President of Tirupur, Sheik Fareed, the District Youth Wing President, and Selvi Ramesh, the District Women's Wing President.
