Power Outage Announced for Tomorrow in Komangalampudur and Negamam Substations

The Electricity Board has announced power cuts in several areas under Komangalampudur and Negamam substations on September 24 from 9 AM to 5 PM due to maintenance work.


Coimbatore: The Electricity Board has announced that there will be no power supply in certain areas under the Komangalampudur and Negamam substations tomorrow (Sept. 24) from 9 AM to 5 PM due to maintenance work.

Areas affected under the Komangalampudur substation include Kadaimadu, Lakshmipuram, Goulanayakkanpatti, Vathanallur, Kallarpattisungam, Sathipalayam, Kollarpatti, Nallampalli, Thippampatti, Komangalapudur, Kanjampatti, and Poosaripatti.

The power outage in the Negamam substation will affect Kattampatti, R.C. Puram, J. Krishnapuram, Negamam, and Vadasithur areas.

Residents and businesses in these areas are advised to plan accordingly for the scheduled power interruption. The Electricity Board has not provided specific details about the nature of the maintenance work being carried out.

This planned outage is likely part of routine maintenance efforts to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the power distribution network in these areas. Consumers are requested to cooperate with the Electricity Board during this temporary inconvenience.
