Most Passengers stranded in bus stations as services stood affected.

Passengers traveling to various destinations in Tamilnadu are increasingly stranded and large crowds are witnessed in the various bus stations as minimum number of services were operated today. The city railway junction was mobbed as more number of travelers have turned to special trains being operated in view of the ongoing TNSTC employees' strike.

“The private bus operators have started exploiting the situation and indulged in fleecing the public and charge double fold” complain passengers.

Over the 50% of TNSTC fleet is not operational owing to the strike and mofussil services are the most affected, while city services are plying as usual.

Waiting crowds are seen in Singanallur, Ukkadam and Mettupalayam bus stands as mofussil services are mostly affected due to the strike.
