The regional Passport Office have been strengthening their customer relationship and experience by extending their services to all social network platforms. Presently, they are all set to launch a new social audit cell on 18th July, the special cell will work on all working days between 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. The officer deputed at the cell will assist the applicants to audit his own application and provide them with needful information, under the Right to Information Act.
The cell would enable the applicants to know details about the police verification status, details of previous or lost passports, information from embassies across the world and much more allied information can be gained from the cell.
