Tomorrow Power Shutdown in RS Puram & Ukkadam Sub Station


The Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, Coimbatore has announced for a total shut down at RS Puram and Ukkadam substation on 23rd July from 9 am to 4 pm.

The shutdown will be due to overhauling works and maintenance of power transformers and associated equipment, they reported.

The following areas will have a power cut on July 23rd:

RS Puram: Cowley Brown Road, West Periyasamy Road, TV Samy Road west, Sambandam Road, CV Raman Road, Azad Road, Subramaniam Road, part of Sukrawarpet, TK Street, Merikar Road, Ponnaiahrajapuram & part of DB Road, Thadagam Road, Lawley Road, EB Colony, Chookampudur Road, Shanmuga Nagar, Ramamoorthy Road, Gopal Layout, Sami Iyer New Street, Gandhipark.

Raja Street: Sullivan Street, Telugu Street, Edayar Street, Part of Big Bazaar Street part, P.M. Samy Colony, Sundapalayam road, variety hall road, Town Hall, Oppanakara Street, TK Market area.

Ukkadam: Selvapuram, Kempatty Colony, Karumbukadai, Athupalayam, Ukkadam. 

Trichy Road: Ramanathapuram, Sungam, Race Course, Collectorate, Government Hospital and Railway Station.
