Sri Krishna Institutions, Coimbatore today conducted a special session on ‘Emerging Business Models in Social Sharing’ . Ram Subramaniam, Founder & CEO of Shiva Systems, USA was the Chief Guest for the event.
He addressed the students on the Emerging Business Models in Social sharing by briefing on open source and cloud computing, the present backbone of IT business models. He cited on the business models of Uber,Amazon and Airbnb etc. He also discussed about Management techniques and entrepreneurship.
The role of the educational institutions in creating and nurturing the students towards employment and entrepreneurship is very crucial, he asserted. He insisted the students to actively participate in the projects through which they can develop diverse skills sets.
S.Malarvizhi, the Chairperson & Managing Trustee of Sri Krishna Institutions thanked Ram Subramaniam for his inspirational speech. She also insisted that the students should analyse the skill sets of global role models from varied fields, which would in-turn help them to achieve success.
