Parents Association file petition against Stanes School authorities

Close to 30 parents of students studying in Stanes School have raised complaints on the school authorities to the Collector.

The parents stated that the school had organised an outing to the Circus for students from 1st to 9th std. Close to 600 students were detained at the school and only the rest were taken for outing. It is deemed that those 600 students have not paid the fees and hence the school authorities have purposefully banned them from participating in the outing.

The parents grieved that for close to three hours their kids were left unattended at the school and no prior information on outing was intimated to them. They avowed that, while the case filed by the parents for collecting excess fees is still in the Court, such an immoral act by the school is totally unacceptable.

Hence, they lodged a petition to the District Collector, Child Protection Council and Chief Education Officer condemning the School management for their irresponsible act.
