TNAU files complaint against propoganda of fake job offers


Tamil Nadu Agriculture University's registrar Anand Kumar today filed a complaint at R.S.Puram Police Station against fake distribution of appointment letters for jobs at TNAU. 

He reported that youngsters and students were duped by some strangers in the pretext of seeking job at TNAU. Some miscreants have been engaged in publishing fake job offers at TNAU's Info Centre along with a mention about eligibility criteria and by denoting a salary package of Rs. 18,620/- per month with allowances. 



Recently, lot of youngsters have been approaching the University for applying and knowing more about the employment, which startled the authorities at the TNAU. 

The officials later understood that the students were gypped by some miscreants. 

The Registrar has issued a cautionary statement to the public that the University has not invited any application for job openings at TNAU. 

The police have begun their investigation on the case.
