A commendable initiative was launched today by 'No Food Waste' a well-known city-based NGO jointly with Delhi-based NGO 'Share & Care'.
They have installed a 'Food & Beverage ATM' (refrigerator) at Kollywood Cafe, a restaurant at RS Puram, Thadagam Road. The laudable initiative was inaugurated by the City's Corporation Commissioner Vijayakarthikeyan.
The soul purpose of this project is to annihilate wastage of food and to feed the needy with quality & hygienic food. The founders have planned to expand the service to many food outlets across the City.
