A real-time session for students on functionality of the Police department

The City Police have been conducted regular camps for the School children to educate and create awareness on the functionality of the Police Departments. The camp has been taking place on Tuesdays and Fridays at the Commissioner office. 

Today students from Devanga Higher Secondary School were taken to the Commissioner office and shown live demo of the functionality of various departments like control room, cyber crime, traffic control room and law and order. 

Special sessions were conducted for the students to educate them on the role of the police dogs in Narcotics, bomb and crime detection. The students were very excited and thrilled to see the talents of the police dogs, their obedience and their quick response towards the commands of their trainers. 



The session was definitely an eye-opener for the students, who were astounded by the real-time functionality of the police department. 47 students participated in the camp, today.
