As the Thiruvonam is celebrated today, special poojas were performed at the Sidhapudur Ayyappan temple. The temple was decorated with lamps and Athipookolam. The devotees participated in the special poojas to seek blessings from the almighty for happiness, peace and good health of their family members, this Onam.
People were seen in jubilation, exchanging Onam wishes to each other. Special poojas have been organised at the temple till evening. Onam sadya will be also served at the temple.
