Advocate reports on worm infestation in 3 Roses tea pack

Arun, an advocate from Pappanaickenpalayam has reported of worm infestation in 3 roses tea pack.

Arun briefed to the press on the incident that, last month he had purchased a 3 roses tea refil pack at Big Bazaar, Race course. On 13th September, while he cut open the pack and emptied the contents into a container, he was shocked to see a worm falling from the packet. He captured the photos of the worm and the pack and immediately got in touch with Hindustan Lever's, toll free customer care number, whose response was 'unfitting'.

Hence, he escalated the issue to the Health department officials.

'I've filed a legal suit in the Consumer court against Hindustan lever on the issue' Arun said.

It is to be noted that in 2015, two people from Coimbatore raised similar worm infestations in food products of Nestle baby food, which became viral and now, it's on 3 roses.  As the product is used on a daily basis by many households and restaurants, the sight of worms have panicked the loyal 3 roses customers, big time.
