Hyderabad, Sep 18 (PTI) Body of an unidentified young woman was today found near a college in Gandipet area here with her throat slit and hands tied, police said.
"The deceased seems to 20 to 22 years old. Her hands were tied and the accused had cut her throat and hit her with a stone," a police official said.
"We have sent a team to check CCTV cameras in the area and we are contacting (nearby) colleges," he said, adding one CCTV footage was obtained from near the crime scene showing a man riding a black motorbike with the victim girl riding pillion.
A case has been registered at the Narsingi police station.
