A part of AIADMK members from the city have been marking their disapproval in the party's decision in allotment of tickets to candidates for contesting in the upcoming local body elections.
Yesterday more than 500 members staged protest at the AIADMK office, here, alleging unfair allotment of seats in certain wards. However, state-wide the AIADMK cadres filed their nominations at 12:30 pm yesterday at the designated centres.
Today, few more members of Ward:84 raised their concern demanding change of candidate in ward 84. Ganeshamoorthy alias Ganesh has filed his nomination to contest in ward:84. The cadres demanded that the party should revaluate the candidature.
