Income Tax Commissioner, Coimbatore has announced that IT offices of Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Ooty, Pollachi and Tiruppur will be open until midnight of 30th September for the convenience of the public to disclose their assets and wealth and file their declarations.
The following officers are deputed at the respective centres, M.Thirumala Kumar - Coimbatore, A. Srinivasan - Pollachi, V.Vidhyadhar - Tiruppur, N.Sathish Kumar Singh - Erode and Sabiha Rizvi - Ooty.
The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has instructed all its principal Income Tax commissioners to keep the counters open until midnight of September 30 to receive physical declarations under the Income Declaration Scheme.
