Corporation school students shine in Robofest 2016

CORPORATION SCHOOL STUDENTS BAG PRIZES

S. Sathish and S. Vinod (Standard VII) of Corporation P Kamalanathan Higher Secondary School at Venkitapuram bagged the first prize in Robo Bottle Sumo category 1 Novobot at ‘Robofest 2016’ competitions conducted by iRoboChakra, a partner of Bengaluru based Novatech Robo, in association with Lawrence Technology University, Michigan. The competitions were conducted here on Sunday and Monday.

K. Srinivasan, K. Prem, and M. Samur (Standard VIII) of Corporation Higher Secondary School on Variety Hall Road won the second prize. M. Sanjay and N. Sivkumar (Standard VII) of Corporation Middle School, Masakkalipalayam got the third prize.

In the Robo Bottle Sumo category 2NXT the first prize was bagged by K. Darshan and M. Abishek (Standard VI) of Indian Public School. The second prize was won by Swathi and Sangamitra of Chinmaya Vidyalaya Matriculation School, R.S. Puram, and the third prize by Sreejith (Standard VI) of the Indian Public School.

In the Junior Robo Golf category S. Sai Vignesh, C.R. Cibi Keerthivas, and R. Hari Baskar (Standard VIII) of Chinmaya Vidyalaya Matriculation School, R.S. Puram, were declared winners.
