Tamilnadu governor has said that the ministries which were handled by Dr.J.Jayalalitha will be handled by Finance Minister O.Panneerselvam. He also will chair the ministers meetings. This changes have been effected on basis of the chief minister's recommendations. OPS will handle the government affairs until the chief minister is able to. Conduct the office. O. Panneerselvam has been has been granted the responsibility under the section 166(3).
