Teenage college student commits suicide

Mohan (18) is a second year B.Sc student of a private college at Kalapatti. Since, his childhood he was very passionate about dance. Few days ago, Mohan met with an accident and injured his left leg badly. On examination, the doctors have informed him that he will never be able to dance again due to the severity of the injury. 

Since then, Mohan was seen shattered and depressed by the news. Yesterday night, while he was alone at his hostel room, he decided to end his life as he couldn't compromise his love for dance. He committed suicide by hanging himself at the hostel room.

The Singanallur police have registered a case in this regard. His body was recovered and sent to post-mortem to the Government Hospital. His death news has created shock waves amongst his family and college friends.
