R. S. Navaneeth and P. Hariprasath final year students of Department of Computer Science and Engineering of Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, Vattmalaipalayam, Coimbatore have been designed and developed a product with a lot of advanced features. This product called ‘Track Ur Spot’ has been developed by the students through the Center for Innovation of the institution.
‘Track Ur Spot’ that is equipped with advanced features has been installed in the ambulances of Sri Ramakrishna Hospital. It is integrated with the android application for real-time tracking of the vehicles. This system also has provision for fuel monitoring, geofencing and SOS alerts.
R. Vijayakumar, Managing Trustee, SNR Sons Charitable Trust launched this product. V. Ramakrishna, COO of the Trust, Dr. N. R. Alamelu, Principal, M.Ganesh, Chief Officer - Industry Interface and G. Rathi, faculty, and mentor of this project were present during the launch of this project.
