Stanes Higher Secondary School (CBSE) grows a herbal garden in their campus


The class V students of Stanes higher secondary school (CBSE) enacted a play to create awareness about herbal medicines and crops at a programme that was hosted in the school. As a part of this event a herbal garden was also planted in the school campus.



Speaking on the sidelines of this event, A Benjamin, Principal said “During olden days our ancestors consumed natural food grown from their garden which was healthy and acted as a medicine to heal various ailments. But nowadays, most of us consume medicine as food in all forms. In order to avoid persistent health issues, we should practice to use these herbs and shrubs in our every day'.
