Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTC) bus travelling from Mettupalayam to Ooty met with an accident with a car near Katteri park. Passengers of the bus, car and cadets of the Coimbatore District Home Guards 390 and 392 were injured in the accident. The injured were rushed to Mettupalayam Government Hospital (GH) and are undergoing treatment.
