As a part of Children’s Day celebrations, the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation (CCMC) organized various literary and sports competitions for school children.
Kids who are enrolled in the various government schools participated in the competitions. On occasion of Children’s Day that is observed today, November 14, special officer, Dr. K. Vijayakarthikeyan distributed prizes and certificates to the winners of the various corporations. Corporation assistant commissioner Gandhimathi, School principals, teachers and students participated in the event.
