Around an hour ago, a 60-year-old man fell off from the Avinashi road main flyover and died. It is reported that the old man was standing for long hours on the bridge starring at the grounds. Unexpectedly, he fell off the bridge and died on the spot.
The Race course Police have recovered his body and sent to post-mortem examination to the Government Hospital. It is yet to ascertain if he committed suicide or accidentally fell off the bridge.
