Petition filed demanding death sentence for those convicted for Babri Mosque demolition case

Indian Towheet Jamaat has announced that a protest will be hosted in front of the Coimbatore International Airport on 6th December demanding death sentence for the Babri Mosque demolishers. In this regard, a petition was presented to the Coimbatore Police Commissioner.

In this petition, petitioners said, “The Sangh Parivar demolished the 450-year-old Babri Mosque. Even 24-years after this incident, the demolishers have not been convicted so far. The court gave its judgement based on the beliefs of a majority of the population, rather than documents and evidence.”

The petitioners allege that this is injustice and considering the facts behind the Babri Mosque demolition, those guilty must be awarded death sentence. A protest in this regard is scheduled to be organized in front of the Coimbatore International Airport seeking action is taken against the demolishers.
