Nehru group of institutions (NGI), Coimbatore has launched 'Nehru Management Development Center' (NMDC) a Skill-based development center for fresh graduates and practicing managers to develop their managerial skills.
Dr.P.Krishnakumar - CEO and Secretary of Nehru Group of Institutions said “NGIs vision for NMDC is to provide a platform for incumbent managers to sharpen and hone managerial skills. NMDC believes to create the right impression and attitude which are a must for success in the corporate world. Unless the competitiveness in the corporate world is developed and sustained the global competition would remain as a distant dream.
This centre would go a long way in improving supervisory skills, enhance inter-personal communication, decision making and the concept of effective living. Programmes are designed are for duration of 1 day, 2 days, 3 days and weeklong training programmes.”
